Foreign Trained Architects & Designers in Canada
|
As a skilled immigrant. It took me a long time to find services applicable to the architecture field because there is lack of bridging programs that support access to appropriate employment and professional development in the architecture field for immigrants. For this reason I have created this site to help and facilitate information to internationally trained professionals in architecture that are looking to work in their field. So that immigrants do not have to spend as much time as I did to find professional associations, accreditation process, and educational institutions relevant to them.
In the process of establishing in Canada, newcomers possibly will experience depreciation of their knowledge, skills and experiences. Immigrants will frequently have to adapt clever solutions to obstacles in their personal, professional and social lives like long accreditation processes and others challenges. You may work hard to overcome different barriers to fulfill your goals. Remember the next qualities to continue and settle in Canada: Positive, flexible, enthusiastic, persistent, and confident. Furthermore, it is important to become part of a community where you can obtain assistance and moral support to stay dedicated to your career project when things are difficult. Hopefully, this information will assist professional immigrants to achieve their professional goals in Canada. |
